Getting Started

Signing up is easy! Click on the "Members" link in the navigation or the "Start Training" button on our homepage. You can sign up using your Google account for quick access, or create a new account with your email address.

We offer both free and premium plans. The free plan includes access to basic workouts and limited AI recommendations. Premium members get full access to personalized AI training plans, advanced analytics, and exclusive workout content.

AI Fitness offers workouts for all equipment levels. We have bodyweight-only routines that require no equipment, as well as workouts using dumbbells, resistance bands, kettlebells, and gym equipment. You can filter workouts based on available equipment.

Workouts & Training

Our AI analyzes your fitness level, goals, available equipment, and progress history to create customized workout plans. It adapts based on your performance, gradually increasing difficulty and adjusting exercises to prevent plateaus and maximize results.

This depends on your fitness level and goals. Beginners should start with 3-4 days per week, while advanced users might train 5-6 days. Our AI will recommend an optimal schedule based on your profile. Remember, rest days are crucial for recovery and muscle growth.

Yes! Each exercise includes modification options for different skill levels. You can swap exercises for alternatives targeting the same muscle groups, adjust sets/reps, or modify rest times. The AI learns from your modifications to better personalize future workouts.

Technical & Account

AI Fitness works on all modern devices including smartphones (iOS and Android), tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge browsers for the best experience.

Click on "Sign In" and then "Forgot Password?" Enter your email address, and we'll send you instructions to reset your password. If you signed up with Google, you'll need to reset your password through Google's account recovery.

Health & Safety

Yes, we recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or have been inactive for an extended period. Your safety is our top priority.

Stop the exercise immediately if you experience sharp or unusual pain. Muscle fatigue and mild discomfort are normal, but pain is not. Rest, apply ice if needed, and consult a healthcare professional if pain persists. You can mark exercises as problematic in the app to avoid them in future workouts.

Absolutely! AI Fitness is designed for all fitness levels. Our AI will assess your starting point and create appropriate beginner-friendly workouts. We include detailed exercise instructions, video demonstrations, and gradual progression to help you build strength and confidence safely.
